Guests from 24 months to 65 years are required to purchase a day pass. Those who are under 24 months old and over 65 years young have complimentary admission. Valid ID may be required upon entry to the Water Resort.

Water Resorts takes the safety of our guests very seriously. As a result we follow specific guidelines with regards to inclement weather. During periods of inclement weather some or all attractions may cease operation temporarily.

Hurricane level winds and lightning storms may affect the ability for us to run certain, or all, attractions. In the event that some or all attractions are temporarily shut down for inclement weather, water resort takes every effort to re-open attractions as soon as conditions permit safe operation.

If lightning is within 10 miles of the Water Resort, we will temporarily shut down all outside attractions, including the tube slides.

No refunds will be given for weather-related closures of all or portions of the Water Resort.

You have to be 18 years of age with a valid government issued ID.  And a valid form of payment.  Parents can’t rent the room for them and leave.

Water park access is included with the purchase of a Water Resort Overnight Package. Extra day passes may be purchased based on availability upon check-in.

All children under the age of 14 MUST be accompanied by an adult age 18 or older. Everyone entering the park must purchase admission. Children under 2 years of age are free of charge.

Guests of  The Grand Resort Hotel are provided with towels. water resort  does not provide towels to Day Pass guests and advises Day Pass guests to bring their own towels from home.

Due to regulations and for the safety of our guests,  Water Resort does not permit outside food or beverage. For your convenience Gator’s and Wet Rooster are located inside the water resort, which provides various food and beverage options. Baby bottles and commercial baby food are welcome. Please be sure to put them in plastic bottles/containers to protect little feet!

Color-coded wristbands, issued at time of visit, are valid for your defined visit dates.

Overnight water resort guests are provided access for up to 2 days, based on the water resort package and date of visit.

Day pass water resort guests are provided access for the full day for the date purchased.

Water Resort specializes in various events, from birthday parties to group events to scout outings. Reservation of an overnight room or party room is not always necessary.

The water park is attached to The Grand Resort Hotel.

In addition to a connecting hallway, to make trips from rooms to the water resort a breeze, we also provide separate entrances for our water resort and hotel, to accommodate all guests.

In addition to  Water Resort, The Grand Resort Hotel has an outdoor traditional recreational pool, for registered guests. A fitness center is also available for those wishing to exercise during their visit.

Guests with a wristband in need of an adjustment must have the Front Desk remove and replace the wristband for a $5.00 charge. Lost wristbands will be replaced with a full price day pass fee.

There are men’s, women’s, and family changing/rest room areas available, complete with lockers as well as showers. Lockers are available for rent on a first-come, first-served basis.

We are vigilant about the safety and security of all guests. Licensed lifeguards staff  Water Resort at all times during normal operating hours. Safety rules are posted at each pool and attraction.

Nevertheless, we urge parents to teach their children about water safety prior to visiting the water resort. Please be sure non-swimmers or weak swimmers wear USCGA approved life vests. Complimentary life vests are available at Water Resort as well on a first-come, first-served basis. The traditional outdoor swimming pool at The Grand Resort Hotel is not staffed with lifeguards and children who visit the swimming pool must be accompanied by an adult.

Should you have any questions concerning water safety at Water Park during your visit, please do not hesitate to talk to one of our front desk or lifeguard supervisors.

For the safety of all children, certain attractions do require height requirements even when accompanied by an adult. Shark Slam, Barracuda Blast & Pelican Plunge have a minimum height requirement of 48 inches. Parrot’s Perch slides have a minimum height requirement of 40 inches.

Swimming goggles are permitted with the exception of on the slides and at the discretion of the lifeguards.

It is recommended that persons with pre-existing medical conditions or who are pregnant not participate. Guests having an obvious communicable disease, skin eruption, open cut or sore, lesion, or eye, ear, nose or throat infection are not permitted in the water. Each individual is encouraged to evaluate his or her own ability to participate.

Water Resort’s Key Quest Arcade features over 50 state-of-the-art electronic games. The arcade opens half hour before the park and closes half hour afterward.

Children who wear diapers are required to wear a swim diaper for health and safety reasons. Water-specific diapers are available in the water resort for a nominal fee. Please use the changing facilities located in the rest rooms to change diapers.

The guest rooms at The Grand Resort Hotel are able to accommodate 4 guests. Rollaway beds cannot be placed in rooms with two double beds for our guests safety.

Inside the resort guests wishing to participate in swimming activities must be wearing a lined swim suit. Resort attire is appropriate when inside Water Park. Outside of the resort, shirts, Shoes, and shorts are required. This includes all lobby areas, arcade and hotel common areas.

Due to the overwhelming number of requests, and in an effort to provide charitable organizations and causes with more substantial donations,  Water Resort Mt. Laurel will be randomly selecting a total of four donation requests (limited to town and state wide non-profits and events that directly benefit children or educations causes) to received one family four pack of tickets each month.

All donation request must be submitted electronically by sending donation request on letterhead to [email protected] Please submit only one donation request per event, multiple requests for the same event will not be accepted

Cancellations prior to 72 hours of check in time (4:00pm) are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within the 72 hour window surrender full payment made at time of booking. For more information, please contact our reservations department directly at 856-372-1170.
