How old do you have to be to rent a room at The Grand Resort Hotel?
You have to be at least 21 years old to check in at The Grand Resort Hotel – Mount Laurel – Philadelphia.
How many people do your guest rooms accommodate?
The guest rooms at The Grand Resort Hotel are able to accommodate 4 guests. Rollaway beds cannot be placed in rooms with two double beds for our guests safety.
Is the hotel serving breakfast?
Yes, in Starbucks only and in the banquet area only with requested groups.
Is there a full hot breakfast or grab and go option?
Yes, as in a Starbucks breakfast sandwich only.
Is Social Lounge open for breakfast?
No, not currently, ONLY Starbucks
Is breakfast included with stay?
No. Breakfast is available for purchase at Starbucks on property.

Most sandwiches under $10
What are the hours of breakfast operation?
7am until 1pm
Is the Cocokey Water Park open?
The Cocokey Waterpark is not currently open for the 2023 year.

Our check in time is 4:00 PM EST.

Is a deposit required at check-in? Is it refundable?
Upon check in we take an authorization of the room, tax, and a $50 incidental. Prepaid reservations require a deposit at the time of booking.
Is there complimentary coffee/water?
We do give guests complimentary bottled water upon arrival when requested. There is a coffee machine in all of the guest rooms as well.
